Lisa started working at Portland Container Co. in 2019 as a reservationist. As the company grew, so did her role as she started to manage daily operations. Born in Maine and a longtime resident of Nobleboro, Lisa enjoys spending time with family, friends, and two small puppies.

Pam has extensive office management experience, including managing a local law firm for more than 20 years. She was born and raised in Maine and now lives in Woolwich. Pam is an avid horseback rider and enjoys trail riding all over the state of Maine, as well as a dog enthusiast, participating in many competitive dog sports.

Ben is a salt of the earth entrepreneur with a passion for composite construction and a drive to remove plastic from our oceans. Ben began his career in the marine industry as a skipper and professional sailor aboard many vessels and leading teams around the world. Ben used his experience to start his first business at 25 years old. This early venture taught him the fundamentals of cultivating teams, serving clients, and building something from the ground up.

Blaine started in the marine industry as a regional marine hardware specialist before becoming the sales representative for a national sailmaker. He founded and operated a tent rental business in Maine and Florida and also owned a residential and commercial real estate brokerage business. Blaine has been a commercial pilot, a Coast Guard licensed Captain, and worked in kitchen design when he returned to Maine from Florida. Born and raised in Maine, he now lives in South Portland and enjoys spending his free time sailing and flying.

Natalie plans and produces social media content for the company and works on brand partnerships, event planning, and producing marketing materials. She is currently completing her undergraduate degree in Marketing from the University of Southern Maine. When not in school or work, you can find Natalie at spin class or exploring restaurants in Portland.

John is a New Zealand import who delivers a unique blend of innovation, creativity, and practical know-how to every project he touches. The result is authentic, immersive experiences that leave a lasting impression with any target audience. His diverse background in advertising and marketing, live events, and TV and theater makes him an integral collaborator from ideation, through the build process, installation, and activation.

Jason brings more than 25 years of residential building experience to the production team. He lives in Brunswick and enjoys spending time riding his motorcycle, hanging out with his young pup Kylo, and attending old fashioned hand-pump fire engine (hand tubs) musters.

Charles has a strong background in finance, sustainability, and corporate development and has played pivotal finance and strategic roles at several technology and manufacturing startups. He holds an MBA with specializations in Sustainability and Finance from HEC Paris. Charles is currently leading a Series A fundraising round and overseeing the company’s corporate strategy.

His work with Acadian Composite Materials is focused on bringing advanced composites made from recycled materials to the building construction sector. John designed and built two of the first LEED Platinum houses in the U.S., has contracted with the Department of Defense and other U.S. government entities, and created systems for humanitarian work with U.S. and international NGOs. John has been involved in all aspects of fundraising, identity and branding, and IP portfolio management, including two patents of his own.
